Terms of Use
Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of CC Audio Player (the “App”), a web application that streams and organizes audio files from your Google Drive. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
CC Audio Player lets you sign in with Google, browse audio in your Drive, create playlists, and stream playback in your browser. Playlist metadata may be saved to a file in your Google Drive. The App is provided as a personal productivity tool; it is not a commercial music store or redistribution service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must have a valid Google account and the legal right to access the Drive content you use with the App. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your signed-in session and for keeping your Google account secure.
Your content
- You retain ownership of files stored in your Google Drive.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to stream and organize the audio you access through the App.
- You must not use the App to copy, share, or distribute content in violation of copyright or other laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another user’s Google Drive or accounts without authorization.
- Abuse, disrupt, or overload the App, its proxy, or related infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Google services
Sign-in and Drive access depend on Google’s APIs and policies. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. We may be unable to provide the App if Google restricts or revokes API access.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Drive playback will always succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed zero dollars ($0), since the App is provided free of charge.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App and revoke Google permissions at any time.
